Under the supervision of SUMITOMO RUBBER MIDDLE EAST, DUBAI, the 6th Technical Skill Contest on Tyres was held on 16th & 17th March 2017 @ Hamdan Trading Group ‘s Ghala Service Centre in Muscat. Sr. General manager Technical Service Mr. Yueze , Sr. Technical Manager, Mr Jithin, Technical Manager Mr.Ahmed Khattab of Sumitomo Rubber Middle east witnessed the event as invigilators. The Participants were Tyre Technicians from Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Sultanate of Oman. Each country’s Dunlop Distributor had sent One of the best Tyre technician to Participate in the Competition, The competing technicians should be well experienced in Alignment, Tyre fitting balance, road force matching, Run flat tyre mounting and demounting. This was followed by question answers session within allotted time. The event started at morning 10A.M. and ended at 3.00P.M. Mr. ABHILASH P. SASIDHARAN from Hamdan Trading Group won the 1st Position followed by UAE contestant at 2nd Position and contestant from Kuwait at 3rd Position. SRME gave cash award of AED 1,500/- with Trophy, Medal and Certificate to Mr. ABHILASH P. SASIDHARAN of Hamdan Trading Group. All the officials of Sumiton Rubber Middle East – Dubai appreciated and thanked the Management of Hamadan Trading Group for the excellent arrangements and Service facilities provided to make this event a grand success.
